Prerequisites: To successfully utilize the Custom Ticket Printing - Pro app, you'll need the following: Freshdesk API Key: Access your API Key by navigating to your profile settings. Click on the 'Profile' icon located at the top-right corner, then select 'Profile Settings'. Your Freshdesk API Key will be displayed in the right panel. Freshdesk Domain: Ensure you have your Freshdesk domain in the format company.freshservice.com. Omit any prefixes like http:// or https:// App Installation: Follow these steps to install the Custom Ticket Printing - Pro app: Input your Freshdesk API Key and Freshdesk Domain, then click 'Verify'. Proceed to your Admin settings in Freshdesk: Help desk Productivity > Apps > Get More Apps > Search for 'Custom Ticket Printing - Pro app' > Click 'Install'. Input your Fresh Desk API Key and Freshdesk Domain again, then click 'Verify'. How to install it? Go to Admin > Help desk Productivity > Apps > Get More Apps > > Search > Custom Ticket Printing - Pro app > Click Install. You're all set and ready to use the app! App Uninstall: To uninstall the app, follow these steps: Go to your Admin settings: Help desk Productivity > Apps > Custom Ticket Printing pro app Choose 'Uninstall'.
