How we support accessibility

Freshworks takes the following measures to further accessibility:

• Integrated accessibility in our strategy and design practices.

• We regularly validate and test our website for compliance with WCAG.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Freshworks’ goal is compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
