The integration between Freshservice and ADP allows enterprise service teams to automate service delivery across the organization. The integration allows HR teams to automate critical employee workflows and seamless data sync on Freshservice based on details from ADP.

This connector is available only for pro and enterprise accounts on Freshservice.
Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate & use these two apps
1. Start Installation
* Click the "Install" button to open the App configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice Credentials
* The first tab on the configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
* Add the domain URL and API key to validate and proceed.
3. Configure ADP Settings
* Once the Freshservice connection is successful, the next step is ADP configuration.
* Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, SSL client certificate, and SSL Client Key to connect your ADP account
4. Complete Installation
* Once the details are validated in both the tabs, click the "Install" button to complete the installation.
