Agent Todo-Calendar is all about a full page and a side bar app in Freshdesk which possess the functionality of creating events in the ticket side bar and viewing them in the full page app. This app also allows us to filter out the events in the full page calendar app with agent and status. An email is triggered when ever a ticket is created for an agent and will be notified 5mins before the scheduled event. We have the functionality to mark the completed events in the side bar itself and this gets reflected automatically in the full page calendar. The full page app renders 7 days in a single page with 24hrs slot. The details of an event can be viewed by hovering the mouse over the event slots in the full page. We have no limit to create task for a ticket. We have configured the events with 4 different colors to identify the status of the event easily in both full page and the side bar. To let the user know the number of total events created we have a task counter when creating an event in the sidebar. Details added to the ticket are, Title of the event, description of the event, time and date of the event".

Click on the Install button next to To-Do app 1. Enter your Freshdesk domain name 2. Enter your Freshdesk API key 3. Click on validate after successful validation 4. Click on Install
