The translation abilities fell well short of what is needed for translating tickets.
1. language dropdown showed all languages, and we could not limit it to the ones we work with.
2. We need inline translations, not copy paste, for tickets that we work with. The Japanese specialist works a ticket then sends to HQ we have to copy paste portion by portion to see what was said.

The app offers the option to provide a custom prompt making use of placeholders for ticket fields and user properties. In addition to this, there are several ways in which you can automatically insert the response into the ticket as 1) A reply 2) A private note 3) Append it to the ticket description 4) Prepend it to the ticket description. Great app! Works very well with the translation which we only use it for and other great functions are also available in the app but are disabled since we don't need them right now. Gets the job done quick and easy with the translation and great help and support from app developer. Helped us quickly with customization and new features in the app.
