1. View caller details at a glance
With Aircall’s Insight Cards, caller details appear on the screen as soon as the phone rings. At a glance, you’ll see the caller’s name and customer status. Link directly to the caller’s Contact page. There's no need to spend time searching for the right record.
2. Automate call logs
Reps save time on every call by getting rid of manual data entry. Calls are automatically logged as a Call Ticket in Freshdesk along with key details about the call, including whether it was inbound or outbound, answered or missed, and the name of the Aircall line that was used. All call comments captured in Aircall are also logged, along with a link to the call recording.
3. Set ticket status
For each call outcome (e.g. inbound answered, missed call, voicemail, etc.), admins can select the status of the ticket created in Freshdesk: open, pending, resolved, or closed.
4. Mobile ready

In order to activate your Freshdesk integration, you need the following:
1. The DOMAIN URL of your Freshdesk account
2. An API KEY from Freshdesk
HOW TO GET THEM?
1. The DOMAIN URL of your account:
The DOMAIN URL is simply the address of your account, e.g. https://myaccount.freshdesk.com
2. An API KEY from Freshdesk:
The API KEY can be retrieved from your Freshdesk account. Once signed in, go to your Profile Settings, "Your API Key"
ONCE YOU'VE GATHERED BOTH (1) AND (2) ABOVE...
- Sign in to your Aircall dashboard (dashboard-v2.aircall.io)
- Go to "Integrations"
- Click on "Add an integration"
- Select "Freshdesk"
- Under "url" > paste (1) the DOMAIN URL of your account
- Under "token" > paste (2) the API KEY copied from Freshdesk
- Click "Save" and refresh the page
