The Amazon Redshift Connector app seamlessly integrates Freshchat/CSS and Redshift, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.

With the data sync feature, you can do the following:
Data sync from Redshift to Freshchat/CSS:
1. Generate reports on Freshchat/CSS based on Redshift data.
2. Run automation on Freshchat/CSS conversations using Redshift information.
Data sync from Freshchat/CSS to Redshift:
Push Freshchat/CSS data to Amazon Redshift to use it for reporting
1. Install the App:
- Go to Admin -> Marketplace Apps and search for ‘Amazon Redshift Connector App’.
- Click on Install and connect your account.
2. Connect Freshchat:
- Enter your Freshchat & CRM domain and API keys from Admin -> API settings
- Select the agents who will have access to the Amazon Redshift configuration.
- Click 'Install'. Once the app installation is complete, navigate to the full-page app on the left navigation bar.
