Step 2: Provide the following information: - Your Freshsales Account URL: it is the fresh sales domain in which you are installing the Ameyo App. E.g.: ameyo-supportdesk.freshdesk.com - Your Ameyo Server Domain: It is the Ameyo domain of the customer which was created when we set up a contact center on our side. e.g.: https://cxdemo.ameyo.com:8443 - API Key: To get this, you need to go to the profile settings of your fresh sales account and click on the view API key.
