1. In the Authorization tab, Enter the Freshworks CRM Domain Name.
For example, if your Freshworks CRM URL is https://test-example.myfreshworks.com, the Freshworks CRM Domain Name should be test-example.myfreshworks.com.
2. Enter the Freshworks CRM API key as generated in the Freshworks CRM account.

3. Click the "VALIDATE" button to verify the credentials. On successful validation.
4. Click the "Install" button to complete the app installation process.
