INTEGRATE APPBOT WITH FRESHDESK IN JUST A FEW CLICKS! -------------------------------------------------------- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: If you are not already an Appbot user you’ll need to sign up at https://appbot.co. You'll be automatically given a 14-day free trial of the Large plan. Then follow these steps - it takes less than 5 minutes: STEP 1 - After sign up you’ll be guided through the process of tracking your apps in your Appbot account. STEP 2 - Connect your App Store Connect and Google Play developer accounts so you can reply STEP 3 - Navigate to the “Manage Sources” and find the app you want to set up the app reviews Freshdesk integration for in the list and press on the (+) button in the ‘Integrations’ column. STEP 4 - Locate ‘Freshdesk’ and click the blue ‘Add Integration’ button. STEP 5 - Head over to Freshdesk and login to your account and click on your profile picture on the top right corner and select ‘Profile settings’. STEP 6 - Copy your API key which will be available below the change password section on the right-hand side. STEP 7 - Head back to Appbot, paste your Freshdesk API key in, enter your Freshdesk subdomain (the word that comes before .freshdesk in your browser when you are logged into Freshdesk) and press ‘Next’. STEP 8 - If you have custom fields setup in your Freshdesk account, you’ll need to set the value for them here. STEP 9 - Now all you need to do is choose which reviews you want us to send through and hit save. You can filter by star rating, topic and country/language. Congratulations!
