1. Open the APPROVALS AUTOMATION app from your gallery 2. Enter the Freshdesk API key and domain URL 3. A Form to create Rules based on ticket types and custom dropdowns appear. 4. Select the approver, do note that you can have multiple approvers for a ticket 5. do not miss the checkbox if approval from one of the selected approver is enough for the tickets approval. 6. Click Install and you should see the app live in your ticket details page
