I’ve tested this plugin for integrating Freshdesk with Asana, and unfortunately, it leaves a lot to be desired. While it can create tasks, it doesn’t properly handle attachments, and text formatting often becomes distorted. The developer also charges $1 per month per user, a cost that seems high given the limited features and lack of ongoing development.
When I reached out, they mentioned plans to eventually add certain functionalities but offered no clear timeline. Communication appears minimal, and there haven’t been any updates since the plugin’s release. Given the lack of support, the limited functionality, and recurring bugs, I wouldn’t recommend investing time or resources into this integration.
