Agents can view the linked assets' relationship with the primary asset without visiting the Asset Detail page. After the app is installed, an agent can access the above information in a dashboard that can be accessed from either the Ticket Details or Change Ticket Details page. In addition to the identity of the assets, their business impact (low or high) is also displayed on the dashboard. Limitations: 1. One API call is made per relationship, so it is necessary to check the API rate limit of the respective instance and increase the same if required. 2. For example, if the API rate limit is 50 per minute, multiple assets can be tagged to a ticket, and the total relationships of those tagged assets should not exceed 50 (5 assets, each having 10 relationships).
