The JIRA-Freshdesk Integration app enables the agent without leaving their Freshdesk interface to Create JIRA Issues, Link Existing JIRA Issues, and Notify Linked Issues. APP: In the app, we are providing two buttons - New Issue Item & Link to Issue New Issue Item button The Support Agent can select different types of fields like Project, Issue Type (like Bug, Epic, Task, Improvement, or any other Custom Issue Types), Area, Description, and Upload files. Based on Freshdesk user inputs and selections in the Create New Issue form, the Issue will be created instantly in the JIRA Below is the screenshot for direct Issue creation. Link to Issue Button: The Link button in the Freshdesk-JIRA app allows the support agent to link an existing JIRA Issue to the current Freshdesk ticket. Notify Button: Notify button in Freshdesk - The JIRA app allows the support agent to notify all or particular linked JIRA Issues. The linked ticket information will be displayed in the comment in the JIRA Issue. The support agent can also send the files from Freshdesk to JIRA while notifying

1. Generate the Freshservice AKI Key by referring to the following link. https://support.integratecloud.com/freshdesk-jira-connector/how-to-create-jira-api-token-and-freshdesk-api-key 2. Generate the JIRA API token by referring to the following link https://support.integratecloud.com/zendesk-and-jira-integration/how-to-create-jira-api-token 3. Install the app from the Freshworks Marketplace. 4. Enter the domain name. E.g. if your Freshservice account URL is https://usa.Freshservice.com, the domain name is usa.Freshservice.com. 5. Enter the Freshservice API key as generated in the first step. 6. Enter your JIRA account URL and the token as generated in the second step. 7. Click on validate to validate the app. 8. After the app is validated successfully, click on the Install button to install the app.. 9. Go to any of your Freshservice tickets to use the app.
