It only lets you work with an attachment when you open a ticket, then you can download. You cant mass download/export attachments.

Very helpful, but would like to see the date the attachment is associated with.

Only allows me to download first file when I select all cant download all with one click

If the customer submits several attachments with the same name, only the last attachment will be visible in the list. The other ones need to be traced in the ticket manually.
