This is the free version of the app. We do have an app called Attachment Viewer PLUS with enhanced functionality. Functionalities include:
- Retrieving attachments from conversations.
- Downloading all attachments on a ticket.
- Downloading individual attachments.
- Searching for attachments on a ticket.
