Make life easier with the help of the Attachments Viewer app. This app allows you to organize all your ticket attachments and access them from one common location. The Attachment Viewer app can be found in the Ticket details section (App Widget) of your helpdesk.
With the Attachment Viewer app,
1. When agents receive an email with attachments, they will be able to immediately find and access the files in the widget.
2. These files can be viewed or downloaded, simply click a file on the widget to open it in a new window.
3. Agents can download all the attachments or selected attachments in a single click.
This app makes it easy for agents to locate and access attachments by displaying all the attachments associated with a ticket in one place.
Limitations
1. File Formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG and MP4 can only be previewed by clicking the download button in the app widget.
2. PDF can’t be viewed by clicking the download button, the agent can copy-paste the URL manually to preview the PDF.
Not helpful in my case, you have the attachments in one place but you can't drag and drop or preview

This app does not support bulk downloading. Besides, Freshservice already provides the viewer feature included in its name. Thank you for the effort spent.

Very handy feature, speeds up the process of looking for attachments.
After clicking the Install button,
1. On the Settings page, enter your Freshservice subdomain and API key for authentication.
2. Admin can enter the number of attachments to be displayed in the app widget.
3. Next, click the Install button.
You are now good to go!
NOTE: If you are downloading multiple attachments at once for the first time from the Attachments Viewer(ticket sidebar) application. It will download only one attachment, If you are experiencing the same problem, please ensure that you have enabled the Pop-up option in your browser settings. Refer to the link below to enable the Pop-up option.
