The Azure DevOps Freshdesk Integrator app enables the agent to create and link Work Items and notify to Linked Work Items without leaving their Freshdesk interface. APP: In the app, we are providing two buttons - New Work Item & Link to WI New Work Item button: The Support agent can select different types of fields like Project, WorkItem Type (like Bug, Feature, Epic, Task, Product Backlog, Issue, or any other Custom Work Item), Area, Description, and Upload files. Based on Freshdesk user inputs and selections in the Create new Work Item form, work item will be created instantly in the Azure DevOps. Link to WI Button: The Link to WI button in the Freshdesk-Azure DevOps app allows the support agent to link an existing Azure DevOps Workitem to the current Freshdesk ticket.

Azure DevOps-Freshdesk IntegrateCloud is an essential tool for our support team and developers, providing the perfect link. It's easy to create bug or feature tickets from freshdesk in AzureDev Ops and track fixes and deployment. It's very easy to use for the support team. The app is also very easy to configure. Thanks for all your hard work

We were using an older version of this plugin and some of it's features stopped working, so I reached out to the devs of this collection of plugins and they were very helpful in directing me to this alternative. The devs assured me that this one has had recent updates and new features added, so I installed it with their help and it's working great. It has a lot more features than some of the other free plugins made by the same group, including the ability to create Helpdesk Requests that the last plugin I tried couldn't do. It really helped our staff be more efficient since they can now create Devops tasks from within a Freshdesk ticket, include all the information needed, and the plugin will automatically link the two up so you can get seamlessly from one to the other across portals without needing to manually keep track of things.

Excellent app! practical and easy to use, our entire team increased their productivity after installation. Reduction of communication failures and delays in interactions between sectors.

1. Generate the Freshdesk token by referring to the following link, https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/215517-how-to-find-your-api-key 2. Generate the Azure DevOps token by referring to the following link, https://support.integratecloud.com/freshservice-azure-devops-connector/azure-dev-ops-vsts-token-creation-step-2-configure-the-app 3. Install the app from the Freshworks Marketplace. 4. Enter the domain name. E.g. if your Freshdesk account URL is https://usa.freshdesk.com, the domain name is usa.freshdesk.com. 5. Enter the Freshdesk API key as generate in the first step. 6. Enter your Azure DevOps account URL and the token as generated in the second step. 7. Click on validate to validate the app. 8. After the app validated successfully, click on the Install button to install the app.. 9. Go to any of your Freshdesk tickets to use the app.
