Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate & use these two apps
1. Start Installation
- Click the "Install" button in the app listing page to add Calendly to your account.
2. Authorize ClickUp
- Once installed, you will be able to find the Calendly widget on the right side panel on the ticket page. Click to open it.
- When you open the widget for the first time, you will see the Authorize CTA. Clicking on the CTA will take you to the Calendly login page.
- Authorize with your Calendly login details to enable using Calendly within Freshservice
