The Canny Integration for Freshdesk enables you to manage and prioritize Customer Feedback and relay Feature Requests to your product team in a more streamlined fashion. With the app using Canny, one of the best Product/ Idea/ Feature management software - your agent can easily capture Feedback/ Requests from within the helpdesk tickets and link them to existing posts or create one if needed. Customer Support team agents can choose a Canny board, manage tickets as posts, and track their progress through the Road Maps status, helping you stay on top of your customer feedback. Features of the app: 1. Efficient synchronization between Freshdesk and Canny through ticket-to-post creation and linking. 2. High Glance value, the agent can view the post info, and status keeping them updated on the post's Road Map journey. 3. Listing posts with recency sorting and a feature to search posts with relevancy sorting will help your support agents seamlessly skim through vast posts. 4. Viewing Road Maps based on the status and sorting through recency will allow the agents to track the progress of the Feedback/ Requests. Coming soon! 1. Vote to link posts, feature to delete the vote and update created posts if needed. 2. Webhook-based Canny to freshdesk sync where the public comments added to the posts will be added as a private note to the linked tickets.
1. On the Freshworks Neo Marketplace's App Gallery, click the "Install" button. 2. A configuration settings panel will pop up, and you can see that your Freshdesk Domain and API Key are auto-populated. 3. Get the Canny API Key via the following way: 3.1 Go to your Canny Profile. 3.2 Go to Settings -> API option. 3.3 You can find your Secret API Key there. 4. Paste the Secret API Key inside the Canny API Key placeholder in the configuration settings. 5. Proceed with the "Install" button and the installation process will be dealt with.
