I would love it if we could provide an additional prompt to give the AI an indication of an answer. And maybe make the AI aware of canned answers, so that it is aware of standard frequently asked questions. Also, follow-up questions are still done by hand, which is a shame :) But overall! Top beginning of a super module for freshdesk.

Really amazing for the price. We ended up having them build a custom version of the app for us, but it works great nonetheless! Watch out for your OpenAI usage though.
1. Create your account with OpenAI (NOT ChatGPT) and add a payment method.
IMPORTANT: OpenAI restricts accounts with no payment method attached to 3 requests per minute. The app will then return the message "Wait for a few minutes and try again". You must convert to a paid account to fully take advantage of the app.
2. Make sure to check OpenAI pricing policy (https://openai.com/pricing) to forecast your usage billing.
3. During the app installation, provide your OpenAI API Key (https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys) and Freshdesk API Key (https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/215517-how-to-find-your-api-key). We suggest you set all other fields to their recommended value.

5. For better results, try using OpenAI Fine-tuning features (https://platform.openai.com/finetune).
