ChatGPT's integration with Freshdesk summarizes customer messages, analyses sentiment & recommends replies (multi-language) to your agents. You can also replace the default AI Prompt for Suggested Reply with anything you'd like.
Unlike our other version ($5.99), you will also have access to the customer's language and sentiment in dedicated custom fields, so you can trigger workflows such as auto-routing (IF Language = FR, THEN...) or auto-escalation (IF Sentiment = Negative, THEN...).
You can now set your own prompt to get any result you want. For example, you can try classifying tickets with the following: "Your job is to classify tickets. Reply with a list of one to three keywords that can help understand this ticket quickly.". Other potential use cases may include translation, tracking number extraction, and many more.
The assistant is also fully multilingual **: all of the text is automatically translated in your agent's language, based on their browser default locale setting, while the suggested reply is generated from the customer's own language.
This app does NOT require a ChatGPT premium subscription.
Available AI models: text-davinci-003, gpt-3-5-turbo, gpt-3-5-turbo-instruct, gpt-4 (only available when you spent at least $0.5 in usage, see https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7102672-how-can-i-access-gpt-4) and fine-tuned.
