Create new tasks or connect to existing tasks in the ClickUp straight from within the Freshdesk Ticket.
Select a Workspace and choose from Spaces, folders, lists, and assignees, and create your tasks on the fly.
Sync logged time from the Freshdesk app to the appropriate assignee from the linked task in ClikcUp.
Update Freshdesk tickets by sending comments from the Connected tasks in ClickUp as private notes in Freshdesk.
You can add or connect several tasks per ticket. Tasks in ClickUp include the ticket number and ticket tags while creating. If you need any modifications, then please reach out to us. We are happy to get the app adjusted for your requirements (paid service).

Very good integration, but I have connected Freshdesk and ClickUp from my agent and all the comments appear with my name even if another agent has done it, can I change that? I need to read in ClickUp which agent has commented on the Freshdesk tickets. Thank you!

Hey Blanca, Thank you for your feedback. In Version 5 which will be released soon in click up it will be also stated which agent from Freshdesk has commented. (same as it should be already when someone creates a comment inside click up and get pushed to Freshdesk as a note - where the "Author" is stated)
But the notes created in Freshdesk and the comments created in click up will stay from the Person from whom the API key is connected in our APP at the moment - this can not be made in a different way.

To install the app:
Find your Freshdesk domain name. It can be copied from address bar while your Freshdesk site is open.

Paste the information in the related fields during app installation and you are set.
After installation to start creating or linking ClickUp tasks to your Freshdesk tickets, just open an existing ticket in Freshdesk. The app will be available on right sidebar while a ticket is open.
