Create new tasks or connect to existing tasks in the ClickUp straight from within the Freshdesk Ticket. Select a Workspace and choose from Spaces, folders, lists, and assignees, and create your tasks on the fly. Sync logged time from the Freshdesk app to the appropriate assignee from the linked task in ClikcUp. Update Freshdesk tickets by sending comments from the Connected tasks in ClickUp as private notes in Freshdesk. You can add or connect several tasks per ticket.
