Pre Requisites: Freshservice API Key: Click ‘Profile’ Icon at the Top Right corner > Click ‘Profile Settings’ – You will get the Freshservice API Key at the Right panel. App Installation: Follow the steps below for installation: Go to Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Apps > Get More Apps > Agent Productivity > Search Clone Change Request > Select Clone Change Request > Click Install. Once the installation is complete, go to any Changes page. In the Right Panel you will find the Clone Change Request App. App Uninstall: Go to Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Apps > Clone Change Request > Uninstall.
