ConnectWise ScreenConnect
Create screen sharing session with another user and bring the session meta-data into Freshservice

Supported for
ConnectWise ScreenConnect allows you to create screen sharing session with another user. The invitation can be sent via email or by sharing the one time code/shareable link directly to the user. Enter the session name with the prefix configured in the application settings and suffix with Freshservice ticket ID.
How to use:
* Click on Join button to start the session.
* If the ScreenConnect client setup was already done, the client app will be opened. Otherwise, it automatically downloads the ScreenConnect.ClientSetup for installation.
* Once the guest joins the session with the shared link/code, the session starts and the guest screen is visible in the ScreenConnect client

1. ConnectWiseControlApiToken – API token taken from screen connect account.
2. ConnectWiseControlBaseUrl - Base ConnectWise Control URL used to generate responses to incoming API calls from Freshservice.(Example: https://freshworks.screenconnect.com)
3. FreshserviceBaseUrl - Base Freshservice URL used to generate outbound requests. (Example: https://acme.freshservice.com/)
4. FreshserviceApiKey - You can find this token in your Freshservice account settings-> API Token.
