The FreshSuite Custom Deal Identifier App comes with special built-in features where Admin can now easily customize the Deal-Identifier details with two new options: Field name and Number.
With this novel app-feature, Admins during the app installation setup can assign a unique identifier by entering Field name in the “Prefix” Column and Number in the “Next Number” Column.
With this setup, every subsequent deal creation will now have an automatic field name and number which will be the immediate next to the previous data entered in the custom fields.

● Admin must enter Domain name,API key,Field name to enable Verification.
● A pop-up menu with the choices Auto-generate and Manual will appear on the screen,to proceed with generating a unique requirement number.
● You are prompted to fill up the Prefix and Next Number areas after selecting the Auto Generate required number.
● Details should be manually entered by the administrator if the Manual option is chosen in the option.
● Upon clicking the save button with any one of the above two options,the app will be installed successfully.
