Choose from the following conditions: - Dropdown fields: Choose a field and specify fields to be disabled for any of its values. - Dependent fields: Choose a dependent field and specify fields to disable for any value at any level. - User roles: Choose fields to disable for particular roles, such as “Agent” or “Supervisor.” Users with the given roles cannot edit the chosen fields. This app works on the Ticket Details, New Ticket, and New Email pages.
