This is a handy tool to have when you need the conversation transcript in plain text.
The limit to number of messages sent in a conversation is 200.
➤ To install Download Transcript
On your Freshdesk Messaging dashboard, on the left-side menu, navigate to Apps.
Search for Email Transcript and install the app.
➤ Configure Settings
Enter the Freshdesk Messaging Domain and API Key and click Verify.
Click Save
➤ Usage
In any conversation, click on the ⬇ icon below the message editor to download the entire conversation transcript.
