It's a bit buggy yet. It throws lots of errors if replying to a ticket and it can't kind find any signature associated with that group. There needs to be some option to either override or not override an agents personalized signature. This is great for standardizing signatures across teams, but all of our agents already have signatures set up in their profiles, and it so this app applies a double signature in this case. The admin should have a checkbox labeled something like "Override agent signature". If it is not selected and an agent has a signature in their profile then no dynamic signature should be added. If no signature is there then one should be auto added. If this checkbox is selected then any signature an agent has should be wiped out and replaced with the dynamic signature, thereby preventing double signatures.

It doesn't work from the new email screen, and there is a limit to the amount of groups you can have.
