Our Freshdesk time tracking integration shows the "Start Timer" button on every support ticket, so your team can track time without leaving what they’re doing. When you start the timer on a ticket, Everhour will take the ticket’s id, title, contact person, and ticket URL, join it all together and start the timer on your personal timesheet in Everhour.

1. Sign up for free and install our time tracking browser extension - https://everhour.com/signup
2. Log in to the extension and grant it access to freshdesk.com site.
3. Open ticket page in Freshdesk and a timer button will automatically appear for each ticket
4. Head over to app.everhour.com to view time entries. When you track time from Freshdesk, we'll copy the ticket id, subject, and client name to the time entry in Everhour, with a backlink to the Freshdesk conversation.
