Expiration Reminder for Freshdesk automates the process of tracking and reminding so you get plenty of time to focus on things that matter most.
The app allows you to view expiration items in Freshdesk or create expiration items directly from Freshdesk. This way you can view information related to a contract renewal directly inside Freshdesk or create an expiration item for employee certification from a Freshdesk ticket that holds employee or candidate information.
Things to know before you begin:
1. Contacts in Expiration Reminder are matched with users in Freshdesk based on their email address. Make sure that email addresses in both systems are up to date and that they match for the same users.
2. You need to have a Freshdesk account already created to be able to connect to Freshdesk.
