Steps to install: Getting the FeatureOS API key: 1. Click on Organization Settings over the left panel, and toggle to the Advanced section. 2. Here, the third item in the list will be an option to Generate the API key Getting the FeatureOS SSO key: 1. In your FeatureOS account, go to your Admin Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button next to your profile picture in the top right corner. 2. Click on Organization Settings → Advanced. You will find the SSO section 3. Click on Generate Install the FeatureOS app in Freshchat: Enter the FeatureOS API key and SSO key on the app installation page of Freshchat
