Install Fieldproxy in Freshdesk
To install Fieldproxy in Freshdesk, follow these steps:
1. Login to your Freshdesk portal as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Admin > Support Operations > Apps.
3. Search for “Fieldproxy” in the search bar.
4. Click Install.
5. Obtain the API key from Fieldproxy and add it to Freshdesk.
How to Get the Fieldproxy API Key:
1. Log in to your Fieldproxy account.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Organization Settings.
3. Click on Get API Key.
4. Copy the generated Fieldproxy API key.
