Experience the difference and unlock the true potential of your field operations today. ====================== How to use the application Install Fieldproxy into your Freshdesk account by following these steps: - Generate API key for your Freshdesk account (Profile Icon > Profile Settings) - On your Freshdesk platform, head over to Admin > Support Operations > Apps - Search for Fieldproxy and click on Install - Add the API key from your Fieldproxy account to your Freshdesk account How to fetch API key from your Fieldproxy account: - Login to your Fieldproxy accounts from app.fieldproxy.com - Generate API key (Profile Icon > Settings > Admin) - Paste API Key from Freshdesk (Profile Icon > settings > Integrations > Freshdesk > Configure > Enter Organization domain and API Key > Save) - Go back to Freshdesk > Settings > Apps > Fieldproxy Field Team Management > Install > Paste API Key from your Fieldproxy Account Want us to take care of setup for you? Install Fieldproxy in Freshdesk To Install the Fieldproxy into Freshdesk, do the following steps 1. Login to your Freshdesk portal as an Administrator 2. Go to Admin > Support Operations > Apps 3. Search for “Fieldproxy” in the Search bar. 4. Click on Install. 5. Get the API key from Fieldproxy, and add to Freshdesk. Fieldproxy API Key: To get the Fieldproxy API key, do the following * Login into Fieldproxy * Go to Profile → Settings → Organization Settings * Click on get API Key * Copy the API key of Fieldproxy
