Five9 CTI App Installation Guide 1. Start Installation ● Click the "Install" button to open the App configuration page. 2. Validate Freshservice Credentials ● The first tab on the configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials. ● The domain and API key are pre-populated. ● The admin needs to click the "Validate" button to proceed. 3. Configure Five9 Settings ● Once the Freshservice connection is successful, the user is directed to the next tab for Five9 configurations. ● The admin needs to select the region and update the URL where call recordings should be stored. ● It is also necessary to specify the time zone for these recordings. Note: The last two details are not mandatory for app installation. 4. Complete Installation ● Once the details are validated in both the tabs, click the "Install" button to complete the installation.
