Prerequisite: You must have an active Aircall account with relevant accounts for your Aircall agents
Once you install the app from the marketplace, you need to follow these steps:
Enter your Freshdesk API Key
Create your Aircall API ID and API token from the Aircall admin dashboard, and enter them on the installation screen
Provide your Freshdesk domain
Save the configuration and refresh the page once
Open the Aircall CTI widget from the left sidebar
Login using Aircall credentials
