we uninstalled, really no controls on what data is synced, every single new customer email is sync and cannot be turned off, hopefully once some settings have been implemented we can try to use it again

refund and cancel is avaiulable by default to agents in app leading to issue

It has been a good app, so sometimes has been failing with the sync. But overall is a good app. Although, we would like to have Product sync and the ability to create and edit orders from Freshsales.
