With the help of Freshsales activities you can view all the sales regarding activities from Freshsales in the Freshdesk interface. This side bar app is loaded in ticket detail page in Freshdesk.
Example:
Every contact will go through a sales related activites. When the ticket is created in freshdesk the agent can see the customers specific sales activity in freshdesk with more details view for Tasks, Meetings, custom Sales activities. By clicking on each activity it will expand with

App Installation Instructions
1. Click on the Install button against the App name.
Connect Freshsales:
2. Under the Freshsales activities title in the settings tab, enter the Freshsales domain URL..
3. Enter the API Authentication Key for the Freshsales domain URL entered before.
4. Click the ‘Connect’ button to validate the given credentials.
5. Once the validation is done you will get the success message.
6. Click the ‘Save’ button after validation is done to install the app.
