Prerequisites Contact module in your Freshsales account should not have any mandatory fields other than first name, last name and email. App Installation 1. Log in to your Freshsales account as an administrator. 2. Navigate to Admin→Settings → Apps → Get More Apps. 3. Search for the Freshsales Suite app and click Install. 4. You will be prompted for your Survey Monkey Username and password. 5. Once logged in to Survey Monkey, authorize the app. 6. On the Freshsales app settings page, your CRM account url and api key will be autofilled. 7. Click Connect account. 8. On the next page, select the surveys that need to be synced. To sync all surveys, click Sync all surveys. 9. Click Install. Email lookup in survey response 1. The app looks for recipient email address in the survey responses with which the contact gets created in Freshsales. 2. If the response has no recipient email address, the response will be parsed as below - If one of the response field has email validation - else if any one of the field value matches email format 3. A response will be skipped, if no email address is found in the response.
