1. Api Key for the system. (article to find it https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000000306-where-do-i-find-my-api-key-). 2. Name of your domain (https://YOURDOMAIN.freshservice.com). 3. Select if you want the app to run once everyday, or once every week. When you install it, or update the app. That will be the time of day the app will run either the same time the next day, or the same time the next week. 4. Of course all companies and organization differs in their business needs in when, and how to clean up the system. And maybe you only want to delete tickets and requesters. These settings are all able to be done in in this installation stage. Simply check the checkbox for the functionality you wish for, and leave it unchecked for the functionality you wish to skip. 5. Last step is to add the email of agents that you wish to ignore from the app. If added these agents will never be removed.
