How to install? Prerequisite: You must have an active Aircall account with relevant accounts for your Aircall agents. To install the app from the marketplace, you need to follow these steps : · Create your Aircall API ID and API token from the Aircall admin dashboard and enter them on the installation screen. · Provide your Freshchat domain · Enter your Freshchat and CRM API key · Click install Once installed, open the Aircall CTI widget from the left sidebar and login using Aircall agent credentials You’re all set!
