The Freshservice GDPR Deletion app: * Helps with automatically deleting requesters and tickets based on the criteria that you specify (eg. 6 months). You can specify how long you would like to retain the requester and ticket information until they are deleted. For tickets, you can specify which groups are eligible for deletion. * Generates a PDF report of the requesters and tickets that were deleted. Note: Requesters are permanently deleted, and tickets are soft-deleted. Your Freshservice account configuration determines when your deleted tickets are purged.
