The Freshservice GDPR Deletion app:
* Helps with automatically deleting requesters and tickets based on the criteria that you specify (eg. 6 months). You can specify how long you would like to retain the requester and ticket information until they are deleted. For tickets, you can specify which groups are eligible for deletion.
* Generates a PDF report of the requesters and tickets that were deleted.
Note: Requesters are permanently deleted, and tickets are soft-deleted. Your Freshservice account configuration determines when your deleted tickets are purged.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install/configure the app:
1. Specify the Freshservice Subdomain and API key.
2. Specify the duration after which the requesters should be purged.
3. Specify the duration after which the tickets should be deleted, along with applicable groups.
