Genie by Almo Chat is an AI-powered co-pilot bot that is trained on all your Content, Support tickets and Knowledge Base. The bot is then used to generate responses to Customer Support tickets in real time. Key Features of Genie Include: 1. Realtime access: Genie is trained on and has access to the entire knowledge base in real time. 2. Instant response - Genie can generate instant responses for Support Tickets and conversations with just a click. 3. Improved efficiency - With Genie, support times can be reduced by up to 70%. *The Bot needs to be trained on the Almo Dashboard before it can be integrated to Freshdesk.
1. Under the Admin Tab, click on Apps under Helpdesk Productivity. 2. Click on Get More Apps and search for Genie by Almo. Click on Install to get started with the integration. 3. You will be redirected to the Installation Page, where you need to enter the Subdomain, Chatbot ID and API Key. 4. You can get the Chatbot ID after you have created a Chatbot on the Almo Dashboard. Genie Creation: 1. Login to Almo Chat Dashboard: https://www.almochat.com/app 2. Click on "Create New Bot" on the Left Menu bar. 3. Click on the "Files" Option on the Chatbot Creation Page. 4. Upload your files with all the Support tickets and Knowledge Base. 5. Click on Create Chatbot and your Genie is Ready. 6. Copy the Chatbot ID from the Dashboard and add it to FreshDesk's Installation Page to get started. Once ready, you can open any support ticket, and a small text dialog will appear on the bottom right of your screen where you can generate responses to any questions.
