The GitLab Integration app streamlines your workflow by connecting GitLab with Freshdesk. This integration lets you view and manage your linked GitLab issues directly from Freshdesk tickets. Key Features: - View GitLab Issues in Freshdesk: All your GitLab issues linked to a Freshdesk ticket will appear within the ticket, saving time and reducing the need for constant context switching. - Sync Conversations Between Freshdesk and GitLab: Ensure that all communication and updates from Freshdesk are reflected in GitLab and vice versa to keep both platforms in sync. Automatic Status Updates: Any status change made in Freshdesk will automatically be added as a note in GitLab, and changes made in GitLab will be reflected in Freshdesk, keeping both systems aligned.
