✨ Integrating Google My Business with Freshdesk allows you to manage the reviews and questions of your Google My Business locations within Freshdesk. ✨ The app retrieves the latest reviews and questions from enabled locations every 30 minutes and converts them into Freshdesk tickets. ✨ Agents can reply directly to reviews and questions from within Freshdesk, with their responses added as replies to the respective reviews and questions. Prerequisites: Create a custom Ticket field of type Single line text for mapping fields. Create a custom Ticket field of type Dropdown with label review_type and add the below options 1. Google Review 2. Google Question Top Features: 1. Filter tickets using tags as the star ratings. 2. Set specific groups for which tickets should be created. 3. Enable or disable the location for the ticket creation process. 4. Get an analytical overview of the tickets created through the app on the full-page app. 5. Receive a weekly report on the number of reviews created as tickets. 6. Get instant email notifications if ticket creation fails. 7. Be notified through a note in the ticket if a reply is not sent. 8. Process up to 500 locations; for more locations, contact support@saasly.in.
