✨ The app retrieves the latest reviews and questions from enabled locations every 30 minutes and converts them into Freshdesk tickets.
✨ Agents can reply directly to reviews and questions from within Freshdesk, with their responses added as replies to the respective reviews and questions.
Prerequisites:
Create a custom Ticket field of type Single line text for mapping fields.
Create a custom Ticket field of type Dropdown with label review_type and add the below options
