Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate and use the Greenhouse ATS Connector app.
1. Start installation:
Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice credentials:
The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
Add the Domain URL and API key to validate and proceed.
3. Configure Greenhouse settings:
After the Freshservice connection is successful, the next step is to configure Greenhouse Connector settings.
Enter your API Key, User email, and Environment details to connect your Greenhouse account.
4. Complete installation:
After the details are validated in both the tabs, click Install to complete the installation.
