After installing the HEIC Attachments Preview from the Freshdesk app marketplace a configuration screen will appear. This is needed in order for the app to be able to display the list of attachments associated with your tickets. Once the credential setup is completed the app will be visible in the sidebar of your tickets - the name is HEIC ATTACHMENTS PREVIEW. Open a ticket with HEIC attachments and start viewing the images without the need for custom software.
