This connector is available only for pro and enterprise accounts on Freshservice.
The integration between Freshservice and HiBob allows HR service teams to automate service delivery across the organization. The integration allows HR teams to automate critical employee workflows directly on Freshservice based on the new hire or employee termination details updated in HiBob.
Key features possible with the Freshservice and HiBob integration:
- OOTB workflow to automate employee onboarding
- OOTB workflow to automate employee offboarding
- HiBob widget on the ticket details page
Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate & use these two apps
1. Start Installation
- Click the "Install" button to open the App configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice Credentials
- The first tab on the configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
- Add the domain URL and API key to validate and proceed.
3. Configure HiBob Settings
- Once the Freshservice connection is successful, the next step is HiBob configuration.
- Enter your Service User ID, Service user token, environment, and partner token to connect your HiBob account
4. Complete Installation
- Once the details are validated in both the tabs, click the "Install" button to complete the installation.
