Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate and use the IBM MaaS360 app.
1. Start installation:
- Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice and MaaS360 credentials:
- The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice and IBM MaaS360 credentials.
- Ensure to enter all the authorization details and validate.
3. Configure field mapping:
- After Freshservice and IBM MaaS360 authorization details are validated, the next step is to configure field mapping.
- Map the Freshservice and IBM MaaS360 fields for the supported asset types. For each asset type, you can map various fields available under different categories.
4. Complete installation:
- After all the field mapping details are completed and saved, click Install to complete the installation.
5. Sync data and settings:
- After the installation is completed, you can set the sync frequency, initiate data sync, and view the sync summary.
