Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate and use the IBM Verify Directory Connector app.
1. Start installation:
Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice credentials:
The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
The Domain URL and API key fields are auto-populated. Ensure that your Freshservice API Key is enabled before initiating the installation.
3. Configure IBM Verify Directory settings:
After the Freshservice connection is validated, the next step is to configure IBM Verify Directory Connector settings.
Enter your Tenant URL, Client ID, and Client Secret details to connect your IBM Verify Directory account.
4. Activate Alerts:
After IBM Verify Directory connection is successful, the next step is to activate alerts.
Enable Alerts and add recipient email IDs to receive email notifications on any errors that are detected within the configured recipes.
5. Complete installation:
After all the details are validated, click Install to complete the installation.
