For more details, refer to the article - https://crmsupport.freshworks.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000009998 With the data sync feature, you can do the following: Data sync from Insightly to Freshchat/CSS: Generate reports on Freshchat/CSS based on Insightly data. Run automation on Freshchat/CSS tickets using Insightly information. Data sync from Freshchat/CSS to Insightly: Keep the sales team in sync with data from Freshchat/CSS. Run reports on Insightly using data from Freshchat/CSS tickets.
1. Install the App: - Go to Admin → Marketplace Apps and search for ‘Insightly CRM Connector App’. - Click on Install and connect your account. 2. Connect Freshchat: - Enter your Freshchat & CRM domain and API keys from Admin -> API settings - Select the agents who will have access to the Insightly CRM configuration. - Click 'Install'. Once the app installation is complete, navigate to the full-page app on the left navigation bar.
